Your logs stay yours.

This page explains what SlayLog stores, why it stores it, and how the app uses your information to keep the coaching useful.

What we collect

  • Account details such as email and basic profile settings.
  • Workout, cardio, nutrition, body, recovery, and cycle entries you choose to log.
  • AI prompts, responses, and context needed to generate useful feedback.
  • Device and session data needed for sign-in, app behavior, and basic diagnostics.

Why we collect it

  • To store your history and make the app useful over time.
  • To calculate trends, targets, and recommendations from your own data.
  • To personalize the AI so it can reference your past patterns instead of guessing.
  • To keep the app stable, secure, and debuggable.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not use your logs for advertising profiles.
  • We do not pretend a random AI message is a medical diagnosis.
  • We do not expose your account data to other users.

Third-party services

SlayLog relies on services such as Supabase for authentication and storage, Vercel for hosting, and AI providers for generated coaching. Those services may process data needed to run the product.

Your controls

You can stop using the app, sign out, and request deletion of your account data. If we add export tools or deletion flows, they will be documented here and in the app.

Important note

SlayLog is a fitness and wellness tracking app, not a medical service. It can help you organize information and notice patterns, but it does not replace a doctor, therapist, or other qualified professional.

If you need help with account access, privacy, or deletion, start from the app or contact the owner through the channels you publish with the product.
